Boone Carlyle

Boone Carlyle was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Shannon's stepbrother. He attempted to assume a semi-leadership role with the survivors but failed due to being rash and young, though he became Locke's apprentice when the two formed a close bond. Boone survived on the Island for 41 days before he died of injuries sustained in a fall whilst he tried to contact 'rescuers' from the drug smugglers' plane. According to Locke, Boone was a sacrifice the Island demanded.

I am interested in just how Desmond found his way there. His spurned paramour, Penelope Widmore, might have effected his stranding there to punish him. Wouldn't the scales tip over if she came to the island?

loop dude, loop. You may have to think about that theory. Maybe because we found about Desmond's future seeing. But that's Desmond did actually go back in time in his episode.

Right, I bet the producers are going to be as specific as possible about this one. I can hear it now "not a time warp, but a bend in the spacetime continuim.... look it up, it's science" thanks Ron Burgandy

Yes Cable again I agree... They are going to bring this down to the wire... In a podcast I think that they did finally say that Desmond did go back in time.. I'll check and see if I can find the proof again..

That's funny, I just heard YESTERDAY on the radio that scientists are now saying it would be impossible to go back in time. Too bad they haven't read my theory, those panywastes.

What do they really know anyway... 30-40 years ago they didn't think that a machine could answer the phone either & take messages.. Or that it would be impossible to land on the moon. I'm with ya Cable

Here here, didn't they think the world was flat like, a hundred years ago? Hey, i just remembered that the work I'm doing this weekend will take down my internet connection at the office, can you chack something during your studies? Burial rituals of the Cathars
