That's not possible. IP addresses are only blocks of 4.
For example:
255.255.255.255
This isn't a real IP address, but it shows what one will look like. A true IP address can be one, two or three numbers in each of the 4 block areas.
Since 4, 5, 15, 16, 23, 42 has six blocks, you'd have to figure out which combination of them would provide the correct blocks of 4 numbers. That's an incredible amount of possibilities.
