Something like that... I think that the idea of ATLANTIS has difinantly something to do with this island... I don't think that it IS atlantis... but... modeled around the myth.

the symbol for Oceanic the circles with the point in the center is quite relevant to the physical LAYOUT of Atlantis.

oh and here is another interesting quote that I found...

i think i may like the idea of Atlantis better than the Collective Conscience. But both are pretty intense.

But still it made me think of the two corpses that were found in the cave (when it was first discovered) named "Adam and Eve" and Jack said that they had been in the cave for 50 years, and there was a pouch with them that contained a Black Marble, and a White Marble...

ummm... I found this quote when looking up information on the myth of atlantis... I suggest other people to look up info on atlantis.. there is alot about actual SUPPOSED atlantis that coincides with the island.. ummmm.. I am not suggesting that the island IS atlantis.. but I think it is related or inspires it.. ummm.. oh... and the Oceanic Airlines Logo looks alot like the symbol or the layout for the city of Atlantis.. have a look.. please.. I need some folk to help me out here...
