 Nikki Fernandez
Nikki Fernandez was one of the middle section survivors from Flight 815 and is first introduced in "Further Instructions". She had spent most of her time on the island trying to recover the $8 million diamonds she and Paulo had stolen from Zukerman, her staged lover, before the crash. She received a Medusa spider bite that induced a deathlike paralysis and she died after being buried alive alongside Paulo.

The Cindy Clause
Check this out..look in the upper left corner and you'll see a rope between trees and a path leading to the left. This is right at the moment of Cindy's disappearance:

I think Cindy is an "other", mostly because Oceanic is probably a front for Dharma and so it's likely it's flight staff are "made", as well. She broke a clause in the 'Other handbook' by crossing that stream:
What if the creek or the rope denotes a boundary, NOT TO BE CROSSED, by "other" factions...lest ye be disciplined, or made to disappear? Zeke made a point of a line that must not be crossed too...maybe Zeke gets to choose where lines are drawn.
They should go back to this place and look around...they'll find something...

If I capitalize "Others" I am referring the mysterious unknowns who are
