Claire Littleton

Claire Littleton is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She is Jack Shephard's half-sister, although neither of them knows this. She is the mother of Aaron Littleton who was born on the Island soon after the crash, and has done her best to raise Aaron. During her time on the Island, she entered a relationship with fellow survivor, Charlie Pace.

Well Jack's pop pointed out the baby's where he belongs, and Jack was told he wasn't supposed to be the one raising Aaron.
and a few moments later in the episode Sewyer's found running in on Jack and Kate, HOLDING Aaron. O.o

is something inplying Sewyer is supposed to be raising the baby?

I have said it before and will say it again, Jack has the black and white stones found with Adam and Eve, Jack and Kate or Aaron and Ji Yeon, are Adam and Eve. That is the only way to explain the stones.

Wait, Jack still has the stones in his pocket, after 92 days, a trip to the Others camp, living in the Hatch for weeks, a near drowning in the Hydra, a surgery, his own surgery...etc, etc. I bet he left them somewhere, on the nightstand in his tent maybe, and the one who finds them next... well, they have two stones.

He could still have them... I always have my wallet in my pocket no matter what I go through... I just move it from one pair of pants to the next... if he thinks they're important enough he would keep track of them...

I do not know if Jack knows that they are important. Do they relate to Aaron? Only if he is Adam....

I wouldn't be suprised if Sewyer finds them after the oceanic 6 were taken off the island in Jack's tent. oooo wouldn't that be a cliff hanger.
