Ben's "MAN" on boat is NOT who you think it is...

a LOT of people have been saying that the "man" on the boat is michael but it's not. It's...LIBBY!

OK, granted...just a theory.

But hear me out. In "The Other Woman", Ben tells Locke to sit down before telling him who it is. Then in the promo for next week, it says that another of the oceanic six is revealed, and then there is a shot of someone holding a piece of paper that says "don't trust the captain" and then it says that we will see someone we never expected to see again.

I think Libby was Ben's "man" all along, getting des on the island, spying on hurley at the mental hospital and now, his man on the boat.

oh yah, i forgot to add that, we think she is dead but she's not.

ben must have dug her up, and sent her out on michaels' boat and she woke up when she went through the time travel thing and went back to spying for ben.

i know it sounds crazy but i'm convinced we are going to see libby again. not dead.

I'm wondering who the Captain is. Anyone have a guess?

I am new here and trying to see what others are thinking. I have a hunch that the 'man' on the boat may be the girl Anna 'whatever her name was', the police lady that we assume died. Maybe her death was a hoax since Ben mentioned her name to Juliette tonight. Who knows! I am so confused I am no longer sure my own cat is for real.

I love to read these off the wall theories but LOST has become so predictable I'm sure it is Michael. Libby was dead and buried, she won't be back alive unless in some sort of flash back.

It's a good idea, but I'm just not sure being buried in the sand (not in a box where there could be some oxygen trapped) is survivable. And would not Jack have checked her pulse before to see if her heart was still beating prior to burial?

If Libby is alive then that opens up the door to NOBODY is dead - in other words - anyone could be alive still.

Well, from what has taken place so far, nothing would surprise me at this point. Maybe the writers search forums such as this one and select the theory they like best and write the script accordingly. You guys may be supplying the script without knowing it! It does seem they write it as they go along. lol I think this series is driving me bonkers, but I am enjoying it very much.

It`ll be Michael,simple as...But i hope its not.

you know what, it probably IS michael, but i just thought that angle is a little predictable right now. we kinda all know michael is on that freighter. i just thought the way they said, "someone you never expected to see again" i thought they were building it up a bit, too much to be michael.
