I personally think the older aaron ? sp ? child looked more like Charley than anyone else. But I dont see how thats possible.

I'm pretty sure if the baby's face is the only basis for this theory that it isn't true. They showed Claire's relationship with the baby's father in the earlier seasons and the reason she wanted to get rid of the baby was because the father left her. I'm also pretty sure that in one of the early episodes Jack said to someone in Sydney that it was his first time in Australia.

You can't be serious. I mean, come on! We have seen the episode when Claire gets pregnant with her artist boyfriend who leaves her after that. I'm pretty sure 1. Claire is not the type of person that would be cheating 2. If she did have cheated, we'd probably know by now 3. If Jack is Aaron's dad, he and Claire had to get together 8 months before the plane crash, and I'm pretty sure at that point, Jack was in the US in his hospital and Claire was in Australia. 4. but i guess the most important point is that the two probably would have recognized each other on the island, if not both of them suffer from some kind of amnesia we don't know of that made them forget exactly the same memory.

Exactly what I was thinking. Also if you notice that when we hear him say "hello mommy" his back is toward the camera. So this audio was added later. If that kid wasn't actually sleeping when Evangeline Lilly came in and picked him up, well then keep your eye him he is going to be one heck of a great actor when he grows up.

Wow, this is a weird thread. It's good to keep your theory juice flowing but I think this one is dead.

groan...wot a bunch of twaddle..init obv that 6 leave the island the rest have to stay behind and be presumed dead for some reason,they have work to do there to put right wot went wrong in a diff timeline. claire doesnt want to risk him stayin on the island and gives him kate to look after and pretend he's hers, cos if claire has to be dead then he wouldnt have been born...for the bigger picture think groundhog day..

totally agree. Claire would rather have Aaron live safely in the real world rather than keep him on the island with her. Although there was that thing about him creating a great disaster if anyone but her raised him so I still may believe that she ends up dying.

I don't know if it's just me, but this incest speculation is somewhat disturbing. I'm aware it's only one other speculation, plausible or not, but I can't help it.
