Dad Issues

Alright, so.... I was on Lostpedia and I saw this link but my computer acts up whenever I go into that site so I can never read anything.

But they brought up the issue of how alost everyone has Dad issues. Which I think is very interesting. Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Walt, Locke, Jin and Sun to some extent, and then Claire and her baby. It all brings me back to how the psychic only wanted Claire to raise her baby, and Walt was basically raised by his mother, Kate as well. The only people I'm not so sure about are Locke and Sawyer, since they lived in foster homes when they were younger, right? But we know that Sawyer as a little kid had a better relationship with his mom than dad. I think this is kind of a weird coincidence, or not one at all.

Locke's "dad" took his kidney and then split. and Sawyer's Dad kills his mom, after he found out she was cheating with the real Sawyer(Sawyer's real name is John Ford)

Maybe everyone is one this island because they all have family issues and Dharma wants to observe how that effects people. None of these people had a normal life before the crash.
