Ecko-Was he on the Nigerian Plane?

Last night's episode and preview brought up some questions for me.

In the other 48 days, Ecko is seen wearing black(like the priest on the drug plane?), he is Nigerian. He has a bible with him in last night's episode and in the preview for the next episode he's quoting biblical text and he breaks charlie's statue(does he know what's in it already?)

so what do ya'll think?

Question outside of the parameters of this convo, did Claire see the heroin?

And, I think this would be too campy of a plot twist for the writers of Lost....

yea she looked shocked in the preview...it could just be a red herring(about ecko) but who knows really.

Anyone else think that Claire is into herion? I don't really, but part of me is listening to the writers who said Claire and Charles' relationship is going to go somewhere no one expects....think she is a user?

These writers are very good by the way.

What priest on the drug plane??? I'm so new, I know nothing...

I've heard some theories that Eko is part of the Nigerian drug thing, but I just find that hard to believe with all the scripture he quotes. BTW, in the preview for the "The 23rd Psalm" episode, he misquotes part of a verse. He says "even though I walk through the shadow of the valley of death," but it's really "even though I walk through the valley fo the shadow of death." Probably means nothing, but it caught my ear...

From the preview, it appears Eko will have quite a confrontation with The Monster... is there any indication that he might be killed off?

They said that no main characters will be killed off this season. Plus, in the first season Locke and Boone found a plane filled with Charlie's drug of choice, Heroin. It was later found that the plain had left Nigeria. So thus the theory that Mr. Ecko was the pilot of the plane, or has something to do with it.

Yeah, I knew about the drug plane, but I thought velvet said there was a priest on it? Or do you mean Eko was the priest on the drug plane? Anyway, why would a priest be on a drug plane???

It's not a hundred percent sure that he's a priest. Also, the drugs were in little statues of Mary, so maybe he didn't know drugs were in there.
