At the end of season 3 we see locke walk behind the radio tower, just before that locke kills Naimoi and says he is going to kill jack if he does not drop the phone, however does not. During season 3 locke says that he does not want to get off the island and he then goes and blows up the sub. Walt told Locke that he had work to do. I think this work is to stop the losties getting resued and then other people on the ship come the island. Locke walks back to the radio tower because i think he is going to blow it up and stop the people on the ship finding the island. This is why he does not kill jack because he can just blow up the radio tower to stop him.

Nice Idea other than the flash forwards.. Does sound like Locke.. Maybe he didn't want everyone to leave since they all have a bigger purpose on the island, for whatever reason..

After the fianle ended i was very puzzled of how LOST would pick off. I wondered where the hell can they go from this? Hmmmm. Well i'm not worried a bit. Think of it this way. Remember when we were left with wondering what is down the hatch? What it leads to in the cliff hanger of Season 1. Well the 1st 5 minutes of Season 2 were pure genius so i'm not worried of how this show is going to start in Season 4. These writers behind the scenes are real brilliant guys.

Instead of killing Naomi and then threatening to kill Jack, he should have just destroyed the satellite phone.

well it kind of is becuase they needed the radio tower to get a siginal. They needed to delete Danielles message and once they had done that they could try and phone the ship.

They needed to turn off Danielle's signal because it was somehow interfering with the sat phone's signal. Once they turned it off, they could use the sat phone...but the phone isn't using the tower for anything. Basically the radio tower is doing nothing right now, so Locke blowing it up would not affect the sat phone. But it is one more thing to blow up, so you never know with Locke...

LOL... That is what I was thinking too... I think he has a fetish for blowing things up =P
