I don't know if this has already been discussed, but I was thinking that if it's true what the parachute chick said in EP 19, that they've found Flight 815, could LOST then be an acronym of Living On Stolen Time (in some way, how I don't know), since LOST is always written out with capitals.

The thought just crossed my mind, could it be like that or am I totally wrong?

(Oh, and I'm sorry if this has been posted already, haven't been reading here for a very long time)

I don't think I have heard this before. Hey anything is possible, and it does kinda fit with some themes of the show.

i think that the plane they found was planted there by one of the major force behind the "others". (whoever is funding them) i think that the plane is a fake that was planted there to keep ppl from searching for the plan and accidentally finding the island. naomi said that plan was underwater and that they sent some kind of robot to search the plane. this leads me to think that they strategically put the fake plane somewhere that divers could not reach it safely. thus the bodies can never be truly %100 identified. what do you think

I'm agreeing with island princess on this one... the found plane was a fake put there to put officials off the scent. did naomi say anthing about when they found the plane and in what condition it was in i really can't remember..

I do not agree with everything you say, but i will defend to the death your right to say it.

I had a wild thought the other day that kinda ties into this. Ben said, every living thing on the island would die, if Jack rescued them. We know that John, Rose, Jin and even to a lesser degree Sawyer have shown remarkable recovery or reversal from illness and injury. If they leave the island the illness may come back in full force. The powers that are playing with these peoples lives, could have put them there because, known or unknown, they were sick. Leaving the island would mean death. Slow or fast they would die because, they no longer have the islands powers to keep them healthy. In a sence they are indeed, Living On Stolen Time. IMHO.
