Check it out. Try to figure out what next season's big mystery is going to be, not easy to tell right now, but the first season was the hatch, the second season was the others, and now we need to find the one topic that will not be wrapped up by the end of this season but will be answered or revealed next season. I'm not sure of what it is, but I'm sure it'll present itself pretty soon.

I have a theory, but it's based on a lot of spoiler stuff that hasn't circulated around here very much. I'm waiting to see more until I start to tell anyone about where I think it will end up when Season 3 is finished.

However, I can say without any risk that I believe next season's big moment may actually be an influence on all the factions of the Island. I think it will come from an outside source, remember that someone out there was actively looking for Desmond, and was able to see his location at least once: when Oceanic 815 came down, and a day or two ago (in show time) when The Swan exploded.

Let's see where it goes...enjoy the ride!

No the 1st season was the mystery and the characters getting to know eachother and the 2nd season was the hatch, and now the third season is based on the others and who they are.

One of my theories about season 3 is based on the ending of season 2. I think Desmond's girlfriend (the Widmore) and Michael and going to hook up somehow and make their way back to the island.

Holy crap guys! Check out my thread up at the top (or reprinted here) from October of last year. The "theory" was to do with the Lost Experience, regarding the Helgus Antonius, a freighter captained by a renegade scientist who had taken over The Hanso Foundation and acquired the Numbers, the Valenzetti Equation, and some kind of potent virus. He had the freighter commissioned by Paik Heavy Industries (Sun's dad) and was procuring materials for a trip to the Pacific to look for something...I don't think I have to elaborate any further do I?

Can't wait to find out next season!

I think Naomi belong to a rival company to Dharma who wants to "take over" the Island from them?

Didn't Ben tell Jack if he used the Satelite phone that there would come people that would kill everyone? And that Naomi isn't the one she has told the Losties.

And haven't people here on "Losttalk" mentioned an other company in disscussions. If I remembered correctly people thought that the company was related to Dharma somehow. Think someone cathed it in season 2 when we saw the first Hatch film.

So next season isn't gonna start with the Losties being rescued. They are gonna get shot at and have to work together with the others against this new threat.

There is something special about this Island and a lot of people would like to own or use it's power for there own gain.
