Shannon Rutherford

Shannon Rutherford was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Boone's stepsister, who she frequently argued with. She was very selfish at times, though she eventually formed a romantic relationship with Sayid. Shannon survived on the Island for 48 days before she was unintentionally shot and killed by Ana-Lucia Cortez.

I thought Desmond may be signed on for next season- we really don't know what happened at the hatch- it may just have turned off!!!

Remember one of the Hanso Foundation's 'projects' is mathematically predicting human behavior. Watch the scene again when he is following his partner....his partner said something to the effect about "I knew you'd eventually follow me". Mathematically theory proved right and perhaps the timing was right as well?

Who said Kelvin is dead? Cracked his head open...Desmond sees the blood and runs back to the hatch.. Did he check for a pulse? Sure he left the boat for Desmond to take 3 years later but maybe he's with the Others. He IS a spook yanno! And Desmond "lives" along with Echo and Loche! (unless they get grabbed for drunk driving in Hawaii over the summer in which case they're goners!)
