 Benjamin "Ben" Linus
Benjamin "Ben" Linus is the leader of the Others on the Island. Ben arrived on the Island as a child, brought by his father Roger to work for the DHARMA Initiative. Ben takes orders from Jacob, and is the only person who visits and speaks with him. Ben's apparent goal is to keep the Island and its special properties secret from the outside world, and he goes to great lengths to achieve this.

Basically, at the moment we're still clutching at straws.
We got the password "breakingstrain" from the phone line, which unfortunately was the same in the US and UK (and presumably will be in Australia as well).
This password can be entered on the newsletter page to "log in", persephone then butts in and asks for the password and stuff.
If you then speak to Joop, he goes nuts, and takes you to a little game (join the dots) and a couple of letters (won't mention the content here, go there to have a looksie). It then loops out.
This is all we have so far  Noone to my knowledge (from an ARG community, probably shouldn't link here) has anything more than this, apart from a weird link...
Go to here, and right click and press play. There appears a video of John Kerry and George Bush Sr., HOWEVER, current speculation is that this is a leftover from them making the site, and NOT to do with the game
There are a few other sites around, some really from ABC (although speculating not to do with the game at the moment - they have been around since the old hanso foundation website), and some "fan-made" (ie red herrings).
That I think is all we have where I am - will keep you updated if we find anything new!

edit: oh, one other thing, there is some hidden text in a grey box on the joop page, which has some numbers which translate in a 1=A, 2=B... cypher to "MISSING" and "ORGANS"

Where is this Grey Box? Since the picture of the guy overlapping Joop in the video is on the mental health page, and there is a place for an inquiry, i have some beleif the two pages are related... lets figure out what to type in for an inquiry.
I've tried my username, Persephone, missing organs, breaking strain, Locke, John Locke, Locke anna-lucia... just to name a few. (both Locke and Anna-Lucia are missing organs, who else is?)

I live in canada...and I saw the commercial / therefore got the number?
but then again (i saw the first showing) around 6pm.....my buddy..saw a second showing at 10pm..and never saw the commercial... |
