Rose Nadler
Rose Nadler (née Henderson) is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She was on the plane with her husband Bernard, but was separated for 48 days following the crash. Rose is a well-meaning, caring woman who was supposedly healed from her fatal illness after arriving on the island, similar to Locke.

There has been an update to this link:
http://www.letyourcompassguideyou.com/usr/owelles/
This is new stuff. Not liking it too much. One link brings you to the Jeep Compass page.
http://www.jeep.com/07compass/
Is there a clue here? Doubt it. But the File name is:
B/0/0/G/10/5/5/16/3/15/13/16/1/19/19 which means 2007 Jeep Compass. annoying!
The other link takes you to another podcast for DJ Dan with symbolic pictures.
I'll watch it a few times see if I find anything.
The pictures are ones we've already seen.

I know this thread is a little old and inactive, and I'm not even sure how the letyourcompassguideyou.com site relates to Lost, but I found some interesting things looking around.
When I followed the link in a previous thread, I came upon a directory for a specific user with some various files, but navigated up one directory to find a list of user names, most of which do not lead to anything but a default 403 Error page. However, I clicked all of them, and found that the pthompso user links to files. From there, I went into the mail directory, and click on INBOX, and here's where it gets interesting.
The text states that the message is an automatically generated, and is dated May 6, 2005. In the X-IMAP line, there is a serious of binary codes, and then in the next line (URL line) there is a link that when copy and pasted into the browser submits a search query to Google for the terms "binary" and "translators". I have never seen the necessity for an IMAP server to be followed by binary, and I knew it had to translate into something. After searching for the binary translator and finding one, I put in the following binary:
01010100 01101000 01100101 00100000 01001101 01101111 01110101 01110100 01101000 00100000 01010000 01101001 01100101 01100011 01100101
This tranlates into "The Mouth Piece" . I have no clue what this means or might mean, but it is very interesting that what seems to be a random string of binary actually translates into readable text. I don't know if anyone else has seen this or posted on it, but I thought I'd share what a few minutes of probing found.
Link for binary translator:
roubaixinteractive.com/PlayGround/Binary_Conversion/Binary_To_Text.asp
EDIT: I just found some more information and active links. When in the main parent directory with all the user names, one can access the trash directory which contains a couple of files. One of which is "OpenersHep.log" which seems like a fairly scripted chat log between two handles on some computer network. It has some reference to the Hanso group, and about people dying in Africa. There is also a "missing_organs.zip" file which I downloaded and unzips into a PDF document called "evidence" and contains information on the formentioned deaths in Africa. Very strange...
