Dr. Jack Shephard

Dr. Jack Shephard is often seen as the main character of the series. He is a spinal surgeon and the de facto leader of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Jack has control issues and trouble dealing with situations that he cannot fix. However, this attitude of solving problems through reason has given him the ability to function well in crisis. Sometimes, if he feels guilt or pain over a situation he can't fix himself, he will do anything he can to fix it, even borderlining on obsessive. Jack is, most of the time, in control of his life, emotions and situation he is in and is able to keep a cool head in tense situations. Jack is also the half brother of Claire Littleton, although neither of them is aware of this. Jack has formed very strong bonds with Kate and Juliet while he has been on the Island.

Default DJ Dan website hidden in Hanso source code
View the souce code of the Hanso foundation website and there is a link:

www.djdan.am

There is a Hanso logo on the page so this is clearly a new clue.

There is a podcast you need to listen to.

Pictures of Alva Hanso, etc. etc. Not sure what to do yet.

Ok, went through the website and listened to the pod cast. DJ Dan claims that Alvar Hanso has not been seen because he has been frozen in a Cryogenic pod in Phoenix, Arizona. On his site there were a bunch of links to conspiracy websites with a quote from DJ Dan on the side that said "HAPPY HUNTING!". I went to all of them, however, his website has changed since yesterday and his link site is empty. Not sure why that has changed but I checked my cookies and here they are:

There is an email address under Bios, and I wouldn't put it past ABC to collect good "thematic" questions and have them read/discussed in the next podcast. I decided to play along and sent in this short message - I wanted to sound like the rest of the callers from the last podcast:

DJ Dan,

Have you ever heard of the Dharma Initiative? Tis an "off the radar" project by the Hanso Foundation with direct ties to the ice cold head honcho himself, big Alvar. What have you heard about this project? I've got a hunch that missing Oceanic plane (flight 815) might be involved. Love the show, keep on SHUTTING DOWN THE MAN!

I think some of these sites weren't looked into properly before being associated with the game - thats why they took them off. Some of the sites have pretty harsh language (lotsa F bombs...) and discuss VERY controversial topics, (Georgy W. is a fav). Guess they didn't want to have us thinking ABC supports the views on those pages - they are definately NOT in game sites, but pre-existing REAL conspiracy sites.
