WHO IS SHE BROADCASTING TO? Any old passing-by ship? Why tell any passing-by help about Brandon, the BR, keys or whatever? It's irrelevant info to anybody, except someone already on the island who would know WTF she's talking about! Clearly, she's calling out to someone ON THE ISLAND, or at least to someone who already knows what or who Brandon and the BR are!

IMO she's military from somewhere...has and is good with weapons, traps, explosives, electronics...
