I think some how I screwed up and, failed to post my last atempt at this, so here I go again.
Rose and Herley talked about the Apollo Bars in the bunker, later we see Rose save one for Bernard. Apollo is among other things the greek god of E.S.P and prophecy. He was born on an island (Delos) and the swan and arrow are connected with him in his mythology. Check out Dharma logo in both the current and Tailies bunker. And last but not least, he is said to have prefored ceremonies of purificaton for mortals who had committed immoral acts. Something many of our lost buddies have done.

just watching the replay of "Adrift" is the Apollo candt bar the only "name Brand " item in the Hatch, if so why?

Good observation. My guess is that Apollo is a brand name owned by the Widmore Corp.
