Dr. Jack Shephard
Dr. Jack Shephard is often seen as the main character of the series. He is a spinal surgeon and the de facto leader of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Jack has control issues and trouble dealing with situations that he cannot fix. However, this attitude of solving problems through reason has given him the ability to function well in crisis. Sometimes, if he feels guilt or pain over a situation he can't fix himself, he will do anything he can to fix it, even borderlining on obsessive. Jack is, most of the time, in control of his life, emotions and situation he is in and is able to keep a cool head in tense situations. Jack is also the half brother of Claire Littleton, although neither of them is aware of this. Jack has formed very strong bonds with Kate and Juliet while he has been on the Island.

I took these images from the progress update video on the website. I guess this is a message from the black swan.
High Quality
It looks like: [SWAN IMAGE] 40 60 P M
Is this a time or something else?

I believe it is showing the numbers 40 60 and the letters b-p-m "40-60BPM" In Lostpedia it says that 40-60BPM which I guess could be beats per minute refer to a word "lento" in correlation with music. When you type this word "lento" during Test 3, the balls slow down to a very slow speed and it is very easy to avoid a collision.
As well in Test 1, you can press the spacebar and the clock timer will stop as you can assemble the square at your own leisurely pace. The clue I believe is the Time (SPAC)IAL Test.
In test 2, at the end of the test on question ten you can press your "i" button the keyboard and it will reveal which is the correct answer by blinking, but only on question ten I believe, although Im not sure I didnt try it. I wanted to see my "dossier" to see how I faired on the ten questions but I have never recieved anything, I feel quite confident that I answered each one correctly save for one. They do also have a list of all 112 questions that will be asked on it
