I am just curious when asking this but has season 4 changed anyone's opinions on their favorite characters? What are your favorite characters pre and post season 4 and if they are different, why?

One addition to my favorite list has been Daniel Faraday. He is mysterious and I want to know more about him.

On a side note, did anyone see the alternate endings with Sawyer and Desmond in the coffin? I am so glad they were not the actual victims. Do you think the right person was chosen for the coffin? I do.

I still really enjoy the Desmond episodes.

Yeah, Daniel Faraday is often mentioned as a fav character by many members of the forum. I'm not crazy about him but I can see the good acting, likeable character-personality and all the science around him working for this little guy

This season hasn't changed much about my fav characters- I still think Locke, Benjamin, Hurley and Sawyer rock. Desmond and Sayyid are great too- and they did a lot for our Losties this season.

I've been waiting for some of the "secondary" characters to start having a bigger role and this year I like Sun's character!

This yr: Juliette & Ben stepped up for me. I started to feel more sympathetic towards Juliette's situation and Ben just makes me crack up now even more! He is such a great character. Of course I still adore my Sawyer

Ben has been added to my favorite characters. Three scenes converted me. First, when he used the baton on the two guys in the desert. Second, the scene when he loses Alex. Third, and one of the best Lost moments, when Hurley sits next to him with the candy bar and they share.
An honorable mention to favorite characters is Hurley's mom. "Jesus Christ is not a weapon". That was the funniest moment ever on Lost. She really doesn't get it.

After this season I'm really starting to think that Ben has an ultimate plan and that the show is going to end with him getting whatever he wants through his power of manipulation.

I have really hated Ben. I used to watch every Lost episode in the hope that someone would have the guts to kill him.

Now I find I really like him. I am at a loss to explain why. I think I am being manipulated
