DAYUM! I was just looking at the trailor for "Fringe" JJ Abrams's new tv mystery series on Fox. One of the seemingly main characters was the actor that plays Abbadon! The implications of this are huge! Abrams taking the guy off the cast, Abrams who knows how the series will end, he made it, knows that Abadon won't be needed much/at all. Abrams obviously expects this new show to go on for a while, and that would mean the Abbadon guy wouldn't be able to go to Hawaii to work on Lost, or at least in select amounts.

Only thing I can postulate from these developments is that Abbadon isn't a large character or he meets his demise, probly the first one.

So these theories that like Abbadon are fighting each other or blah blah, that Abbadon is important CAN'T be right! There's no way he'd be able to film a large role in Hawaii while working on Fringe in some other studio, presumebly not Hawaii.
