Has anyone seen the polar bears when watching the orientation tape?
Is it related to the research center in any way?

Yes, the polar bears were in the Orientation film.
It mentioned they would include biological studies.
If polar bears are there they must have been genetically
altered. Polar bears overheat and die in temperatures
over 10 degrees. What the heck!!

there were also a polar bear on the comic Walt was reading.

Dont you get it, Walt is special, when he sees stuff example the bird in that book(before he was on the island) the bird flew straight into the door and dies and those birds aren't found in America, same as when Walt read the comic with the polar bear in it, after he read it he was confronted by the real thing!

Then why did the polar bears show up in the tapes?
I get what your saying.. but these tapes are way older then walt..

Didn't walt live in australia wit his mother n stepfather...but anyway i do think walt is special n mayb he made the polar bear appear since it was already on the island just like the bird in australia..
