Hugo "Hurley" Reyes

Hugo "Hurley" Reyes is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Hurley's father disappeared when he was at a young age for almost 17 years. Afterwards, Hurley suffered an eating-disorder and after a traumatic accident he was sent to a mental asylum when he started seeing an imaginary person. Ever since, he has changed and has been extremely concious of his sanity and how people view him. When Hurley won the lottery, he was not overjoyed, instead he was fearful that his life was going to change. Hurley is typically happy-go-lucky and keeps the spirits of his fellow survivors up. He has an eating disorder but has managed to overcome that with the help of Libby, and has even stuck to it after her death. He is also the voice of reason in the group, and uses his common sense to solve difficult situations. Ever since winning the lottery with the mysterious numbers, he has searched for an answer for the curse of bad luck that supposedly plagues him.

Default Ray Mullen (Spoilers... maybe)

If you follow this link it shows you a picture of someone's desk with Dharma related objects all over it (don't know if this has been posted before).

http://www.lostlinks.net/images/copenhagen.jpg

If you look closely as the letter next to the typewriter you can see a letter addressed to Dr Ray Mullen, who is the farmer from Kate's first episode. If you look close enough you can read parts of the letter which mentions the death of his wife and various things about the island such as the magnetic energy and facilities - which suggests that he's linked to it. It's signed M.C which I don't recognise as any of the known characters' initials.

There are playing cards scattered around which make up the numbers on the island hatch as well as photo's etc. lying around. You can see a row of [crocodile?] teeth is the shadowed section of the wall.

Another interesting thing is the paper at the bottom right, it looks like a surveillance picture of a crowded area. Part of the Dharma symbol is above, and if we use the initialled Dharma symbol on the wall we can see that C.L (Claire Littlejohn?) is listed. Possibly hinting that characters were watched before the crash?

As I said, I'm not sure if this has been posted before and it's just my thoughts. Any comments would be appreciated.

Where is this picture taken from? What episode, because it's probably fake, some of it looks like it could have been photoshopped, especially the pictures taped to the wall.

If it didn't come from an official site (I don't think it did) then I'm a little skeptical, too. Someone sure put alot of thought into it, though. If it is real, there's some intriguing stuff there.

I wonder if Ray Mullen's wife was named Buell? Buell Mullen was involved in remote viewing and was a colleague of Ingo Swann (Swan station?) was was one of the foremost developers of remote viewing. Check him in Wikopedia.

That surveillance picture you mentioned is just northeast of Jackson Michigan which is also near Ann Arbor, school of the de Groots. It mentioned that it was a rejected site..

Maybe you noticed this already but one of the books on the table is, the Heart of Darkness. Which of course was a reference in Season1 to the jungle.
