Ok so I saw a post who says who the Oceanic 6.. These are the 6 to get off the island..

This is not much of a spoiler as a little info but didn't want anyone to read unless they wanted to.. Talks about who in coffin, Kate's Love triange and Walt's return..

Actually that isn't true. The quote I saw was "Well the Oceanic 6 are the 6 people who get off the Island and are semi-famous. "

Desmond wasn't in the plain crash. So he could get off also. Also there is no absolute of those being the oceanic 6 for it was never confirmed. They just assumed with the information they had that those were the oceanic 6? What if other people get off the island another way? What if the others decide to let some people go? I think more people are going to get off the island then just 6 people. I just think that those people are the oceanic 6. Maybe some people get off the island later then others. Maybe Jack wants to go back for someone. Theres all sorts of things.

All in all. I doubt the oceanic 6 is of huge significance. We could see a Sawyer Flashfoward. Maybe he gets off the island alot later. Who knows.

Has it been confirmed how they get off? Is it the new people that are coming? I kind of think not because, why just 6? We also don't see Claire's name on there. Could she be possibly dying?

I personally think there is a reason why Claire and Aaron would stay. I think they had a choice to get on the helicopter but there will be something that will make them stay. Remember Sawyer is on team Locke and probably everyone else on Team Locke wants to stay on the island.

where did the term oceanic 6 come from....its the first ive heard of it

Oceanic 6 = number of people who were on the Oceanic 815 flight!
I figure Rose and Bernard will stay because of Rose's illness. And I think Locke will stay on-island because, well, back to civilization doesn't seem to fit him anymore (or ever did?)

Why would Claire and Sawyer Stay? I think something very critical happens that would make Claire want to stay. Because if she died, Jack (If he figures out he is her brother) would have took the baby home with him. So I think there is a big decision everyone has to make. I think Jack and some other people are really going to regret there decision, while others like Kate will not.

You almost get the feeling these new others are going to torture the people on the island. Jack was so broken about leaving them behind during last years finale, it makes you wonder how dangerous these people are?

One situation I can think of why Clair would not leave is, she is waiting for Charlie to return?? Maybe she doesn't want to leave without him?

i just wonder if its bye chance the 6 get off and not a choice
