 Claire Littleton
Claire Littleton is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She is Jack Shephard's half-sister, although neither of them knows this. She is the mother of Aaron Littleton who was born on the Island soon after the crash, and has done her best to raise Aaron. During her time on the Island, she entered a relationship with fellow survivor, Charlie Pace.

I just rewatched the episode where Danielle shoots an arrow through Ben's shoulder. He got through that just fine. No nasty life-threatening infection like Sawyer when he was shot on the raft. Hmmmm...

Yes but here you have to remember that Sawyers wound went untreated for days!! Ben however was brought to the swan and Jack treated his wound.. That is one explanation!
