Did ANYONE notice the Looking Glass symbol????

It's a white rabbit! Which, obviously, is related to the two white rabbits who appeared on Lost so far, but also.....the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. Through the Looking glass has something to do with Alice in wonderland, but I can't remember...

What symbol are you talking about? I don't really remember. Got a link to an image?

Through the Looking Glass was Alice's second adventure.

A better view would be when Desmond is swimming into the station and passes the symbol underwater.
So, out of the 8 stations so far we have the Arrow, Cadeuceus, Swan, Looking Glass, Pearl, Hydra. That means there is one we don't know about yet. Could this be the Temple Ben mentioned in the finale? There are reports of a Temple set for season 4, and we know that Lost has strong religious symbolism. I really doubt, though, that there would be a (probably Buddhist) temple on the island. So i'm guessing it's a hatch.

What the heck is Cadeuceus? I don't remember that at all.

The white rabbit is sort of an omen/catalyst in a lot of stories. Once the main character sees one it means he/she will follow it and find him-/herself on a bizarre journey/have truths about the universe revealed to him/her. Remember the beginning of the first Matrix movie? Neo is told to "follow the while rabbit." White rabbit is also a slang name for some kind of hallucinogenic drug and the name of a song about that drug, sung by Janice Joplin maybe? ("Don't you want somebody to love? Don't you need somebody to love? Wouldn't you love somebody to love? You gotta find somebody to love..."--'Member that one, kids?) Hallucinogens are also another pathway to an alternate universe. As are plane crashes apparently.

Hey, I just remembered, Neo is given the choice of two pills. blue and red. One will keep him in his familliar world, one will transport him to a new world where the matrix is palpable. There is actually a shot of a white rabbit several times in this movie too. I think.

I think you might have forgotten the flame hatch. I think the Temple might have something to do with all the hatches, who knows really? But in my opinion it is not a Dharma hatch.
