Well since the others were completely owned by the losties. Whoever is left. Richard must of known something like this would happen, and knew that Ben will be caught red handed and defeated. Richard trusts Locke, and i think Locke trusts Richard. Still in some others left. And would they know that they have been beaten. So will Richard or Sherry be some next deaths for next reason? i hope not.

Her name wasn't Sherry - it is Isabel. Isabel is the one Tom referred to as "the Sherriff" and who translated Jack's tattoos.
