Kate may get pregnant!

Juliette told Ben shes going to get "Austins" bloodtype soon. AUSTIN, is the last name of Kate.
Thus, maybe Juliette is trying to make Kate jealous of her and jack, so she'll turn to Sawyer. (Since she knew about Sawyer and Kate in the cage) On the island he sperm count is 3x's as much. The others need more pregnant women to test on. Maybe that's Juliettes task Ben gave her, so she may get off the island...

I believe she already is PG . I have always believed that was why she and sawyer ended up together at the other's camp . It was always the plan in my opinion , the others want an infant from the island for some reason and after watching the losties thought Kate and Sawyer or Kate and Jack were their best chance b/c of the chemistry and she chose Sawyer when there .

Here's something that's bothered me for quite a long time - if they have been heading in the direction of needing women to procreate all this time, why did they allow Shannon, Ana-Lucia, Libby, and (now) Nikki to die when they were all young, attractive, and seemingly more than capable of bearing children?

I mean, Nikki and Paulo were already a couple, we had Hurley and Libby, and Sayid and Shannon...even Ana Lucia got down and dirty with Sawyer and aside from her getting shot by Michael they might have stayed together...so what gives? If after all the plan was to have the Losties make babies, why didn't they kill off more men instead?

I think the only reason all of these women were killed by accident and out of the contol of the others.. I think that it causes more plot and complications to the others plans and this is why they were killed off.. To add more drama to the show.. To give the others an obsticale to overcome as well..
