Charlie Hieronymus Pace

Charlie Hieronymus Pace was a survivor from the middle section of Oceanic 815. Before the crash, Charlie was the bassist and main songwriter for the rock band Driveshaft. When Flight 815 crashed, Charlie was snorting heroin in one of the plane's bathrooms. Charlie's drug addiction and crippling self-doubt were the biggest obstacles in his life. Like many of the Losties, the crash provided Charlie with a fresh start. On the Island, Charlie formed a relationship with Claire Littleton and her son Aaron.

After avoiding deaths foreseen by Desmond several times, Charlie finally died willingly to save the other survivors. He drowned on day 93, and his death is yet unknown to anyone except Desmond.

Default Why don't they kill Rousseau?
I do not understand why the Others just do not sneak up on her and kill Rousseau. She is not a member of Dharma and she even captures BenLinus.

Well, for the last 16 years or so she most likely was not a problem to them, now that she captured Benjamin she is a problem. But Ben has bigger problems than a French Lady who does not know diddly squat about whats going down on the island.

Maybe she's an experiment gone bad and they feel sorry for her, plus she's not a threat. Or maybe they use her (freedom) to keep Alex in line.

Good ideas. I agree with VB, on the second point....There might have been a deal betwixt Alex and the Others, but then that means Alex knows Rousseau is alive...

She did not only catch Ben/Henry. She alos caught Said, and Jack, and Kate. Got the drop on Hurly. Please, "She might be Dharma," Are we watching the same show?
