First, what do they have in common. White, rich and wealthy. Both born into families with BIG money.

Jack worked hard and went to school and became respected on his own.
Boone went to work for Mommy.

Jack felt compassion for the weak and those who were "picked on."
Boone worked his Nanny to death, because he was spoiled. (i know, it was an accident.)

Jack had a desire to help people, to heal people.
Boone wanted what he knew he should not want. (Shannon, and not for her charm either.)

Their are many more but time constrains me.

The reason that we all became so attached to Boone in the first season was because he was becoming more like Jack. That is to say, unselfish.

Rest in peace Boone.

All you Jack haters,... give me a break this year.

No thank you . Ill keep disliking Jacks reactionary process, but I liked what he did at the end of season 2.

I still like Jack, too...even if he makes mistakes. As for Boone, I will always have a special place in my heart for him
