Default Alvar Hanso

Does anyone has a little more information about Alvar Hanso?
All I know is that he is/were the ''leader'' of HansoFountadion, it doesn't exist many photos of him and that he is/were from Denmark or Norway

Default

He hasn't been seen in public since 2002, I think. There's not much else known about him. I'd explore thehansofoundation.org for any more info.

Default Read "Headlong Hall" by Thomas Peacock for relations to the story.

I don't know much about hanso, but I did some research and found that a lot of the imagery in the show comes from a book named "Headlong Hall" written by Thomas Peacock. I think the book is about philosophers in ancient greece. The book mentions things such as the statue with only four toes on a single standing leg, like the one Sayed saw when he was on the boat. The book also describes an Island that is almost identical to the one that the show is taking place on. You can find all of this in chapter four of the book.

Default Here's an excerpt from the book....

"Here you see is the pedestal of a statue, with only half a leg and four toes remaining: there were many here once."

Hmmm, type the name of the book in Google and you can view the entire book on the website.
