Hugo "Hurley" Reyes

Hugo "Hurley" Reyes is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Hurley's father disappeared when he was at a young age for almost 17 years. Afterwards, Hurley suffered an eating-disorder and after a traumatic accident he was sent to a mental asylum when he started seeing an imaginary person. Ever since, he has changed and has been extremely concious of his sanity and how people view him. When Hurley won the lottery, he was not overjoyed, instead he was fearful that his life was going to change. Hurley is typically happy-go-lucky and keeps the spirits of his fellow survivors up. He has an eating disorder but has managed to overcome that with the help of Libby, and has even stuck to it after her death. He is also the voice of reason in the group, and uses his common sense to solve difficult situations. Ever since winning the lottery with the mysterious numbers, he has searched for an answer for the curse of bad luck that supposedly plagues him.

Default This Will Never Happen Again

On Wednesday of this week, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning, the time and date will be:

01:02:03 04/05/06. That won't ever happen again!

K, thats a hoot. When I was young and in school I would stare at my watch until it became 3:33 3/3 or that sort of thing. Waste of time but I was entertained.

You're right. Since we only used the last two digits it will happen again in 2106. I should have made the title say 'In Our Lifetime'

Lol... No kidding, just 30 seconds before I read this post I opened an email that said the exact same thing!

I remember one night in February 2002, Tom Brokaw cut into primetime tv at 8:02pm to announce that it was (military time)20:02 on 20-02-2002. The only other time that has ever happened was 2000 years before Christ, and I imagine they didn't use military time back then.

My friend was talking about that at school today.
ANd Toad, I used to do the same thing. Heck, I still do the same thing. lol. If I look at the clock and it says something 'unique' about it (like it'll be the date or my birthday or something stupid like that), I just smile and say 'woot'. I'm a freak like that.

I have a feeling a lot of Seniors will be absent on that day. Our seniors since 2000 have picked dates like - 01/02/03 or 02/02/02.for Senior skip day -
or maybe all 300 of them really do have doctor/dentist/orthodontist appts.
and or funerals to attend.

At my high school it was tradition for "Senior Skip Day" to coincide with our graduating year. Mine was '92, so we skipped the 92nd day before school got out. Too bad for the class of '00.
