Sayid Hassan Jarrah is a middle-section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815. A courageous man and a competent leader, Sayid maintains a conservative manner which reflects both strength and spirituality, and tries to atone for the demons in his past. Sayid spent a lot of his adult life search for his childhood-love, Nadia, hoping she is alive. Sayid's past as a torturer constantly plagues him. started new diet....what kinds of foods have you noticed on the Island AND what receipes can you make out of those ingredeants?

Apolo bars and peanutbutter Yum! I don't think it would work as a "Diet", but I like it. Then there's pork cops, ham bacon, and If I'm not mistaken, I think Hurley gave Locke a big round box of some kind of cookies. OH NO! that's not very healthy. The islanders are going to die from heart attacks.

No bacon or ham , no Salt or sugar or seasonings to cure the pork.
p.s. did you ever wonder what disease a cured ham had?

Lots of fish and various seafood - very healthy, I would want mine cooked

I think One of the people out there might be able to get salt from the ocean water. We did it in H.S. science class. and There may be some seasonings in the hatch. They had Sudo-Ranch dressing.
