Boone Carlyle

Boone Carlyle was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Shannon's stepbrother. He attempted to assume a semi-leadership role with the survivors but failed due to being rash and young, though he became Locke's apprentice when the two formed a close bond. Boone survived on the Island for 41 days before he died of injuries sustained in a fall whilst he tried to contact 'rescuers' from the drug smugglers' plane. According to Locke, Boone was a sacrifice the Island demanded.

Default Eagle vs. Shark

I just got this movie through Netflix and it's my new obsession in life. (It helps that I was already a Flight of the Conchords fan, I guess) Anyway, I highly recommend this movie. It's often compared to Napoleon Dynamite, but I think it's much better. Darker and very sad at times but still funny and relatable. And with a *****in' soundtrack too. Enjoy!

Your a Flight Of The Concords Fan? OMG OMG OMG! I was gonna make a thread about them in a couple of days. I love them. I'm gonna look into that movie. I really like those kind of movies. The movies that have a big indie feel to them.

Yes. Flight of the Conchords is genius. Also Jemaine Clement is my secret celebrity boyfriend. So secret even he doesn't know about it yet.

I'd just like to bring this topic back up very fast. Pot Pies do you by any chance go to IMDB/Post there? Because I saw a thread just like this under Flight Of The Conchords. Did you read that same thread or did you make it?

I did write about it online somewhere... Sadly for me I think a lot of dinner entrees call Jemaine their secret celebrity boyfriend.

Anyway, it really is a great movie. Everyone I've encouraged to see it thanks me profusely because they all love it. It's a special experience to be inside the world of that film for 2 hours. You're sad to leave the characters at the end.
