For me,it's the Tim Conway monolog about the "Siamese Elephants" on "The Carol Burnet Show".. I just fall on the floor every time.

This is very crude and I hate to even write it, but it was terribly funny and you can still probably find it on youtube or something... Where the chimpanzee sticks his finger in his bottom and then smells in and seems to pass out and fall of the branch he is sitting on - I think I saw that on America's funniest Home Videos or one of those types of shows.
