We just put an offer in on a house. A 1979 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, 1300 squ ft ranch style. It's in great shape. New roof, water heater, floors and windows. It has a big fenced back yard for the pets with two dog kennels, a cat door to a room for a litter box. It's in a nice area of town. It even had a dragonfly lawn ornament in the front yard.
We put in the offer today (May 1st) and should hear back by 5o pm tomorrow. Six houses that we were going to look at have been sold before we even could see them. So I'm asking all of you to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks so much. I'll let you know what happens.

The sellers signed the papers!!! We got the loan through U.S.D.A. that means there are three more steps after the offer is agreed on before it's our house.
1. The safety inspection (Done, passed with flying colors)
2. The appraisal (It needs to be a fair price for the house. Another just like it, just sold for 6,000 more than this one.)
3 The third part inspection ( The owners have already called to find out what needs to be done to make sure it will pass and agreed to do it.)

Everyone, Knock on wood! It looks really good at this point. We hope to be able to move, in mid June
