Benjamin "Ben" Linus

Benjamin "Ben" Linus is the leader of the Others on the Island. Ben arrived on the Island as a child, brought by his father Roger to work for the DHARMA Initiative. Ben takes orders from Jacob, and is the only person who visits and speaks with him. Ben's apparent goal is to keep the Island and its special properties secret from the outside world, and he goes to great lengths to achieve this.

LA is cold and hot, it depends.. but my office.. FREEZING. HOW COME the heater blows in cold air?

Yes like Jedi said cold, freezing rain and now 3 or 4 inches of snow and highs tomorrow in the 20's... I miss the warm already

The temperature is dropping fast here in Ohio too. Yesterday it was in the 50s, today the 40s and the high tomorrow is 29. Brrr.

Oh and my sump pump died this afternoon. Had to pay for a new one plus the service call. $500 bucks down the drain (no pun intended).

I would personally love 29 degrees, today it was 12 degrees!!! So much snow, at least 4 inches. Summer come quick.

HolyMoly!! First day out!! Was iced in for 3 days!! I couldn't get down 3 cement steps with my walker!! Well, if the place had been on fire-------
Austin(Texas) shut down for 3 days !! The airport ran out of de-icer!
We don't use much of that one year to the next..
The library here was shut down Tues,as all non-essential personell weren't to come in..
Most hiways were shut,'specilly the "flyovers"..All in all,people had got enough supplies to last the 3 days,so all did well..I wore enough ckoths to keep warm,4 layers,and the cats were very snuggly..In fact,I had to throw them off my lap when I had to move!!

It has been simply insane up here in Vancouver, BC. Contrary to a lot of narrow-minded views that we live in a land of ice and snow, it's normally very fair and comfortable in the winter. We just finished our 16th storm of the winter season. We've had piles of snow in the last 4 weeks, and finally it turned to our trademark rain today. We're hoping that it lasts, temperature will be in the plus for the next 3 days and hopefully that will melt the last of the snow. That, plus tons of power outages, fallen trees (our famous Stanley Park is in ruins), and lots of treacherous driving off the coast and into the valley have made things very interesting this year! Global warming, nah, no way...

Looking forward to Summer!!!

Wow today it warmed up to the mid-20's! Better than -10 below on Monday morning. The schools around here couldn't get the school buses to start. But so far, this winter has been pretty mild until now. S W Iowa - bye

I remember IA winters... I used to live in NE IA about 4 years ago.. Winters there were cold, but beautiful on the Mississippi after the snow
