Default What's the weather like in your area?

We had almost 2 weeks of unseasonably warm weather. Yesterday it was in the 60s. A cold front came in this morning and now it's in the 30s with 50mph wind gusts. It's even snowing a little now. I need to find my mittens.

So what's it like in your area?

COLD!!! We had a little snow a few days ago and it still hasn't melted. Today it was a whole 37 degrees. I thought I was living in the desert. haha Actually, we live in the northern central part of Nevada and do get cold in the winter.

Well here in Oregon we have a saying:"If you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes and it will change." The high is 56 and the low especially at night is about 23. Burrr. It's snowed off and on for the last four days. Whats really funny is the fact that in the 9 years that I've lived here it has never snowed on Christmas. You associate snow with Christmas instantly right? Weird huh? I've got my fingers crossed for this year though. (:

Covered in snow around here, though I have not been outside in over a week :O so I do not know how cold it is.

Long story why I am inside, but yeah.

Pretty cool for the Deep South. High yesterday was 49 with relatively high winds so it felt colder. This morning the temp was 27 at about 6:00 am CST; supposed to be several degrees colder tonight, maybe below 20. No precip of any kind though.

Up here in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, we had a record snowfall last week, and today our trademark rain returned to start washing it away. But it was frickin' COLD! I mean totally unseasonably cold. We're used to a light dusting of snow on Xmas day and that's usually about it. Last week it was over a foot of snow and temperatures were -20 with wind chill factored in. It gave me a sinus infection, again totally out of step with the norm.

Still, it's nice to see this much snow. I used to live in the B.C. Interior and we used to get a lot up there. I missed it/didn't miss it in about equal proportions.

To me, snow makes the cold bearable. As long as I don't have to drive too far in it. We're going to be having unseasonably cold weather all week. 20s and low 30s when it's usually in the high 40s (that's getting into the negatives if celsius).
