Now we're back to unseasonably warm weather. We're suppose to have a high of 60 degrees this weekend. At this rate, I don't think we'll be having a white Christmas.

Thats funny because here we would love some warm weather. I would like snow on Christmas. Everything here is wet and soooo very cold!

Venice Beach in LA is nice and hot. but also freaking cold....

not cold like in ohio ( VBKatLou) or Oregon ( tessa).... but cold for my standards...

oh and ... no snow.

It's been getting chilly at night, but the days are still warm. I kind of like it because I still had a lot of clearing to do in the garden. Instead of being inside making Christmas cookies, I've been out shredding leaves. But that will be less work to do in the spring.

Saw where there was a blizzard in Colorado. Maybe some of that will come our way.

It is now 23 degrees! I am not made for this kind of cold weather. I have lived here for 10 years, and I'm still not used to it.There is also so much fog you can't see your hand in front of your face! I enjoyed Christmas in L.A., warm.

My sump pump is working overtime and I bought a second utility pump in an effort to get the new lake out of my back yard.

Oh well, at least it's not ice, like other parts of the midwest.

Freezing by butt off!!!

It's is now a balmy 4 deg and there is about 5 inches of snow on the ground. Things are looking up, though.. it's supposed to get to 12 deg today (what a heatwave!)
