I think Libby remembers him. She was a bit wired in the rec room but, I don't think that's the only time she saw him. It was a live in Psyc. ward. She must have crossed paths with him before.
I wonder how right in the head she realy is now. She seems Okay but, She has been telling people she's a shrink. Do we believe she got healthy and got her degree. or She just isn't willling to say I'm a recovering mental patient.

Here's what bothers me:
She said everything has to be real because the things that happened on the other side of the island happened to HER. Yet after this we find out she is also a patient at Santa Rosa? Could this not imply that they are both under the same influence? Did her odd look mean she has been seeing/feeling/thinking similar things as Hurley?

Or, could the odd look on her face imply that Hurley was onto something, and that she knows what is going on?

I think she remembers and also in most psych wards meds are taken in a more "controlled" atmosphere!!! My husband has worked on a few and meds aren't just handed out in a open room!!

I highly doubt that, the chances of two different peoples manifests to bind together are as likely as a plane crashing, on a creepy Island with smoke monsters.

But really, I have never heard of that happening, where two people live in the same manifest together.

I think it could be possible that she is stalking him. Maybe she was a psychiatrist who had a mental breakdown, ended up in the hospital, and followed Hurley onto the plane- after she discovered he won the lottery.

Or.... maybe Hurley and the island are really all imagined in Libby's mind.....

Mabe Libby was an observer,makeing sure the hosp was on the up and up. You know,undercover,remembered Hugo when he won lottery and "just happened" to be on the plane? Oh,Heck NOTHING is what it seems on that Island!
