Rose Nadler

Rose Nadler (née Henderson) is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She was on the plane with her husband Bernard, but was separated for 48 days following the crash. Rose is a well-meaning, caring woman who was supposedly healed from her fatal illness after arriving on the island, similar to Locke.

I think you might be right. Charlie is already acting nuts. Sawyer is not above useing the info about Charlie for his own gain. Katie is the only one on the island who seems to be able to talk to Sawyer and get info of any kind. It all seems to point there.

Charlie is so ridiculously impulsive. Does he think Claire will come running to him now that Locke was embarrassed? And he really thinks Sawyer is going
to keep his word about their deal? Come on- the most untrustworthy person
on the island. Sawyer doesn't care that nobody likes him- he'll tell the group
about Charlie just for another laugh.
