Dr. Chang: Regardless, (another male voice in static) if this transmission is successful, it's proof the work I've been doing here is valid. This place, it has extraordinary properties. I'm begging you, no matter what's happened, it's imperative that the DHARMA Initiative be reconstituted. You have to convince the researchers [static] and you have to do it now. Time is not just of the essence, it is the essence. Perhaps you'll be able to find a way to save us, to change the past and to... [static] Please, please! You have to stop what's about to happen, you can't let us...[static]
Off-screen Voice: This is useless! Alright? It's just useless. They'll never gonna see this, Pierre. How do I turn this off?
Dr. Chang: No, no! W-w-what are you doing?
Off-screen Voice: How do you turn it off?

Many have theorized that the "off-screen voice" is actually Daniel Faraday.

The video also brings up an interesting question --> who is the crying baby on the video? Is it Charlotte? From Lostpedia: According to information provided by Ben, Charlotte Lewis was born on July 2, 1979 in Essex, England to parents David and Jeannette and was raised in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England along with two younger sisters. However, Charlotte herself has since implied that this information might not be entirely correct, or at least isn't the whole story, as it is implied that Charlotte was in fact born on the Island. ("Confirmed Dead") ("There's No Place Like Home, Parts 2 & 3")

In "Confirmed Dead" Daniel Faraday's flashback takes place in Essex, Massachusetts. Ben reveals that Charlotte Lewis was born in Essex, England.
Charlotte was born on July 2, 1979. Amelia Earhart was pronounced missing on July 2, 1937; exactly 42 years earlier.

In "There's No Place Like Home" Charlotte doesn't want to leave. Miles is surprised that Charlotte wants to leave the Island, after all that time she spent "trying to get back" here. Charlotte asks what he means, but Miles is evasive.

Some time later, Charlotte approaches Dan and tells him that she is going to stay on the Island "for now". Dan points out that "now" on the Island could mean "forever." Charlotte replies "Would it make any sense if I told you I'm still looking for where I was born?

The other voice we here could be Faraday. It sort of sounds like him. But does he know about the Purge and the videos that Hallowax, or Chang, recorded? I do not remember him watching any of the videos. But thinking about everything, it is most likely Faraday.

I very much doubt that the baby is Charlotte. He does say "take him outside". So at least we know it is a boy. My guess, Miles. This is based on looks and the whole constant thing. Both are Oriental and Miles has the ability to here dead people. That sounds like the result of time spent on the Island. Also, baby Miles would probably be the only person that can be a constant because nobody was on the island back then that was transported.

Hmmmm..... Miles is actually Dr. Chang's son or grandson? Interesting. We all wondered (along with Naomi) why in the world Abbadon would pick those 4 to assist in a rescue mission. Maybe he picked them because they have all been on the island before.
