Shannon Rutherford

Shannon Rutherford was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Boone's stepsister, who she frequently argued with. She was very selfish at times, though she eventually formed a romantic relationship with Sayid. Shannon survived on the Island for 48 days before she was unintentionally shot and killed by Ana-Lucia Cortez.

cool, I don't care much for Claire, in fact if it wasn't for Aaron I wouldn't care about her character at all!

I had a lot more affection for Claire when Charlie was around; now that she's "abandoned" Aaron, I don't care too much for her...but that's just me.

i still have hope for claire. i don't think she abandoned him voluntarily. but it's true she was more interesting when charlie was around. or maybe it's just because i miss charlie terribly.

Totally agreed.. I like Claire and I think we will understand what is going on with her in the episodes and seasons to come

I hope you're right.

I still can't believe they offed Charlie. He was one of the funniest, yet most dramatic characters on the island. I suppose his story ran its course.

i was just thinking about this again the other day. i know there was a lot of talk at the time charlie was killed off, but his absence is felt now more than ever. he (and dominic) added an element that is now sorely missing. i think out of the claire/charlie dynamic, that claire was definitely the expendable character.
