Why Danielle was killed off

For all of us puzzled by Danielle's death...

How could anyone get bored with Hawaii!?!?

They have been there for probably over 4-5 years now, it gets old after a while because its not very big and it becomes a big deal to fly back to the states to see big city life again. Plus its hot and muggy all the time which is nice to visit but not to live imo

I read this too, and it seems kinda odd, because it is not like she was a regular character.
season 1 she was in five episodes
season 2 she was in three episodes
season 3 she was in seven episodes

It is really only with the current season that she was becoming more of a regular cast member.
And at least with the first two season I wouldn't think that it would have been necessary for her to move and live on Hawaii. Especially because the few episodes she was in where spaced out with several more that she was not in, which would leave a lot of extra time for her to do what she wanted too.
anyways....... I hope this doesn't mean that we are going to miss out on seeing her flashback and how she got to the island and stuff.

I want Danielle to make some miraculous return... she might as well bring Bakunin on her way back. I'm thinking those two could have made one hell of a couple at some point (not speculating towards anything)

So the actress and the character are both nutty... at least it was great casting.

Danielle was a mature French woman hanging around an island full of unattached guys for decades. I am sure fluids were exchanged. But I thought Patchy and she did have a jistory, but by the time they hooked up after the ranch farm was destroyed all bets were off so they shut up.
