I'm sorry but Locke is becoming a MAJOR VILLAIN! - Page 2

Jack and Locke's characters have definitely been changing and I don't think either one is changing for the better. I don't get why Locke is being so freaking bossy and when he walked into Claire's house without knocking, I thought the same thing pchee. How rude! What I find as strange is this: They split into 2 groups, okay, but they can't still be friends? They are now 'against' each other? Locke is the ruler of the barracks? Very weird. Technically they followed him to the barracks so now they are his 'followers'? Sawyer called them sheep (maybe just to butter up Locke but still). Locke sees them as sheep. Ridiculous.

I got the strong feeling that Locke's group is becoming just like the Others. Beyond the fact that they live where the others did they are all getting shady and manipulative. I expect some major changes in our characters this year. Sayid, Locke and Kate especially.

locke's got a god complex now. definitely catching the ben bug.

what are the symptoms of ben fever: talking to everyone with a really exasperated tone, delegating incessantly, oh and being able to take a beating!

Despite Locke's comments to Kate by the doorstep, I don't think Jack has ever led LOSTIES with more democracy than Locke did-- Plus I loved Locke's response to Kate along the lines "if I was a dictator you'd be dead by now".

Locke's connection to the island is somewhat forced to grow even stronger with the coming of the freighter people. I think that in return directs the audience to an easy association between Ben and Locke. But I don't think either is a villian. Moral dichotomies prove to be superficial with the show on the long run.
