Sure but they're only human. C'mon! They're trapped in the middle of nowhere caught up in a totally stressful situation (pregnant women dying/something weird about the power station). In these situations intense relationships form that maybe wouldn't in more normal situations. Like AnaLucia said to Jack about Kate: "She's hot. You're hot. On a deserted island. It's what people do." Who doesn't like sneaking around, having secrets, and getting away with something? Sometimes you need a little sumpin'sumpin'. That's human nature. And anyway, you just know that somewhere amidst all the Petula Clark and Geronimo Jackson LPs there's some Marvin Gaye or Barry White "Mmmmmm...Let's get it oooooooooon!

Yeah, well, Juliet has a history of going against the grain and doing whatever she wants regardless of the consequences. Remember she was sneaking around doing her pregnancy research for her sister in the middle of the night at her husband's lab? I think the fact that Juliet goes against the rules is one reason the Richard/Ethan/Ben recruited her in the first place. They knew that if she was told she'd be able to do research at this top secret place she wouldn't be able to turn it down. She was one of THEM long before she was one of them, if you know what I mean.

I think Juliette is a rather sneaky sort. I still can't decide if I like her or not. I just wish she would tell Jack the Truth about Ben and the island's powers. She keeps hinting around about those things but won't really give any info out about what she really knows. Does she believe in Jacob??

Juliet could be the supervillainess of all time. If she hurt the pregnancies to remain in control.....what would have happened if the babies did get born healthy. Ben would have disposed of her.

Um, she would have had the chance to leave the island...like she wanted in the first place? deliberate failure doesn't look like a smart tactic to me under her circumstances.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. No wait--I've heard people say that Juliet is PRETENDING to be in love with Jack for her secret, evil reasons. I'm NOT joking.
