Juliet already killed for Ben at least once before. Remember, she killed Picket on the beach to let Kate and Sawyer get away? Probably that event is too recent to be included in her file, but I bet Juliet has done all kinds of questionable and downright naughty things in her past. I wonder if she justifies her affair with Goodwin to herself by saying "My husband cheated on me, so I am owed a little happiness in life. I got my sister pregnant, doesn't that make me due for some love in life???" The rationalizations people make to be able to look at themselves in the mirror.... Clearly she feels she's owed it. She doesn't want to stop it even when his WIFE confronts her. That's pretty shameless.

Your question about Juliet's past made me wonder whose sperm Juliet used to impregnate her sister and just how she got it. (OK, I KNOW how she got it, but...you know what I mean...) Curious as I am about that topic, however, I hope the series never answers that question. TV doesn't need ANOTHER soap opera. 'The Days of My Losties'? 'Another Lost to Live'? 'As the Island Turns'? Tempting, but please no.

btw... Juliet mentioned her file would be worse than Jack's..... wonder what she has done for him on the island. She almost killed for him tonight.

Remember when Juliette got that emblem burnt into her back as a punishment? Everyone was very calm about the whole thing, including her. They were planning to kill her until Ben intervened. From that, I realized that this society is full of weird ideas that the "real" world doesn't allow. This was obviously not the first time something like this had happened and Juliette followed just as any other "OTHER" would do. She found out that Goodwin would be punished for their affair, and he was. Ben wanted Locke's father killed, etc. Lots of stuff happens on the island and they have their own way to deal with it and their own skewed sense of morality. If anything, I think Juliette is just a product of Ben's twisted world. She does have some entitlement issues and has done some things like secret experiments on her sister, but I don't think there is anything that outrageous that she has done beyond what other people do on the island.

Unfortunately, that impression would be correct.

But enought about me--what about LOST??

Elizabeth Mitchell is a great actress because she can play so many characters. She does this in Lost as well! She has pointed this out, and I have noticed this, as have other people: Off-Island Juliet has a completely different personality than On-Island Juliet. She goes from being all smiley and happy to all cool and calm. What happened? Then while watching the beginning of the ep, she was on the island. But I was like, Wait, that's Off-Island Juliet!?! And she's on the island! I think I could pinpoint it--the exact moment she made the switch was when Ben said "you're mine".

Sorry Marin. I guess I may of been confused by your post. I thought you were requesting we made a thread titled "Juliet" were we talk about Juliet. And saying that titling a thread "Juliet and Goodwin" was incorrect because we need a thread titled "Juliet". This was illogical so I assumed it was spam. Sorry.

I really don't understand what you mean by SPAM. Can you please explain? To me, spam are unsolicited emails trying to sell me something like viagra or education at at "prestigious NON-accredited college" what ever that means. Junk mail in my Inbox. What is it to you?
