If I remember right Jack was on the other island with the others at the time.

Jack was with the Others, I think at the barracks...and yes, Nikki and Paulo were definitely alive when they were buried...they even made a point to show Nikki open her eyes as the dirt was being thrown on them.

My whole point is, that an entire planeload of people are wrapped in a cloak of death. Whether or not they were deliberate killers or people were killed as a result, whether directly or indirectly, of their actions...

How many people does the average, normal person know that is connected with a tragic death or murder. How about me, or yourself???

This is an ENTIRE planeload of people who are shrouded in death BEFORE the plane crashed.

I've thought since around the end of the first season that they are all linked to murder. It does seem they've all killed, accident or not, or they are directly linked ie. there fault why someone was killed.

Also if they hadn't before they all will have by the end...

No, Claire said her mother was driving, but I don't think that was true. I'm pretty sure Claire was driving. And if she is responsible for killing her mother, she is also responsible for killing Shannon's father because it was the same accident.

Maybe I should clairify: I don't remember if it was ever definitively shown which woman was driving. I think I remember Claire saying her mother was driving, but that there was a very loaded close-up of Claire looking really guilty. Doesn't she also apologize in her last visit w/her comatose mom just before she gets on Oceanic 815? She apologized for putting her mother in the hospital for the last several years and for the fact that she would probably never wake up.

That was not the same accident...Sarah (who would become Jack's wife) was in the accident with Shannon's father.
