This painting is made by Henri Rousseau
i dunno if anyone is familiar with it, but i had this art book when i was younger and i liked this painting alot.
i've just been going throught this book for school and i came across the painting and sawthe artist's name.
maybe there's a future with lions on the island?
i dunno. but i bet there's something going on here.

With the speculation on the other threads about Henry being Rousseau's husband etc.... interesting about the painting, from artist's name to subject. hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Ben asked if Alex asked about him right before his surgery. Why? It would make sense if he was her father. Is there anyone out there who remembers if Alex's father's name was mentioned when Danelle talked to Sayid?

Supposedly the French Chick shot her Husband (Which could be a lie). Remember Ben said he has been on the island his entire life. Which also could be a lie.

I love how no matter what... when Henry Gale or Juliet speak. we always know its probably a lie...

I think that Henry has taken care of Alex since she was taken from Rousseau. I also think that Rousseau's shipwreck wasn't acciedental as her and her husband and other scientists were studying animals- like polar bears, and were probably on their way to secretly work at the Hydra.

I think that the LION is rousseau. Then Ecko, or the corpse Henry Gale is the person.

I also notice that ther seems to be water between the foreground with out subject matter and the island in the background. The 2nd Island. You might see ground, but i see water.
