I don't remember Terry O'Quinn being in any X-Files series shows although I'm sure he may have been since he's a favorite of Chris Carter who developed the show. He had a small role in the X-Files movie "Fight the Future."

He was in most episodes of Chris Carter's "Millennium" series that lasted for three seasons in the late 90's. In fact his character, Peter Watts, was used to create an end-of-series mystery that can never be resolved unless someone revives it. (The mystery is whether Watts was killed by the group for whom he worked because he had violated their trust by giving information to someone outside the group?) Milllennium, in my view, was the best drama ever produced for series TV and I wish it had never ended.

Decided to check the Internet Movie Database. It lists as "notable" guest appearances for Terry O'Quinn in X-Files:

playing "Lt. Brian Tillman" in episode: "Aubrey" (episode # 2.12) 6 January 1995

playing "Shadow Man" (as Terrance Quinn) in episode: "Trust No 1" (episode # 9.6) 6 January 2002

So he was in a second season ep. and a final season ep.

sawyer was also appeared as a vampire is iether buffy or angel i think?

Yeah Sawyer was in the very first episode of Angel. Also Michael played Mercutio in Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet and if I remember correctly he wears a silver dress, a wig and lipstick!

Yes, we've established his role in Romeo+Juliet.... And yep, He was dressed in drag for the costume party. He also pulled invitations and Extasy out of his crotch.
